Weight loss time again! I started at 235 and am 230 two weeks later.Also, am taking MSM for my joints. Four tablets yesterday (2000 mg). Today, 1000mg at 10am, 1000mg at 3pm and will take at least 1000mg later on. Have had a nagging headache through the early afternoon.
